I developed a custom CRM system for the Paris-based consulting firm DAK Consulting Paris, in collaboration with Zaltsam Media. The goal was clear: not just another off-the-shelf CRM from the hundreds available, but a tailored solution that works exactly as the business owner and their team envisioned. Together with the client, we built a system from scratch to perfectly address their unique business needs.

My approach is all about details that solve problems. Alongside Zaltsam Media, we analyzed the company’s workflows and tailored the CRM to fit: event planning, project management, invoice creation, business analytics, employee management, and access levels. We included document storage with smart classification, email integration, and inbound lead processing. The interface is minimalist and intuitive—nothing extra, just what speeds up their work.

Every feature—from analytics to access control—is fine-tuned to DAK Consulting’s real needs. It’s not just software; it’s a tool that reflects the client’s vision and boosts team efficiency. The result is a system that saves time and gives full control over the business.
